You can provide your request in-person or by phone at one of library sites, via chat (on our homepage), our general email (krs@ahs.ca), but our online literature search intake is the fastest and most direct way!

The online request form also prompts for all the required information that we need from you, like purpose, scope, and timeframes.

Requests submitted through all other means are eventually entered into our online request system for KRS staff located throughout the province to support. We process a high number of requests daily, so this helps to distribute and manage our workloads. If you would like a specific person to handle your request, you are welcome to specify this in the online form.

Head to our library homepage to start a chat if there is anything else we can help answer!
