Licenses for electronic products restrict use as follows:

  • Products are for use by AHS and Covenant Health clinicians and staff, and restricted to usage that is directly related to your research or practice.
  • No systematic downloading (for example entire volumes or issues of journals or entire books).
  • No use of robots, crawlers or similar software applications to capture data.
  • No resale or commercial use.

Product vendors routinely monitor database activity. Users who violate these restrictions endanger access for the entire AHS and may be prosecuted by product vendors. Vendors may choose to revoke access to certain products for all users if they believe one or more of our users is in violation of these restrictions. You will be authenticated for this use against the Library user database.

This information is collected under the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and it is required to verify the identification of the researcher and to authorize access to the database.
