You may be encountering an error when trying to log into a personal account to view the limited free access to the 2018 FGI guidelines (limited to 10 pages, 3 times per month). The error page can be dismissed by clicking outside the box area.
Additionally, if you've found yourself logged out of the Guest User (GU) account required to access the 2022 FGI guidelines, you may have to clear your cookies in order for the site to recognize you again.
Instructions
Option 1: Access the 2022 FGI Guidelines using an InPrivate tab. Right-click on this link and select "Open link in InPrivate window".
Option 2: You can selectively remove cookies from the site and reload the page to regain access. Click on the lock icon to the left of the URL in the browser bar and select Cookies. Click on the "shop-fgiguidelines-org.ahs.idm.oclc.org" line (you might have to scroll) and select Remove. Hit F5 to refresh your browser for the changes to take effect.
