You can access Lippincott Advisor and Lippincott Procedures content anywhere and anytime with the mobile app, available for both Apple and Android devices. The app makes it easy for you to find answers to your clinical questions and look up procedures on the go.

Download Instructions:

 

  1. Go to the Google Play store  or Apple’s App store  on your device.
     
  2. Locate the Lippincott app(s) in the store by searching "Lippincott Advisor" and/or "Lippincott Procedures".
     
  3. Download the app(s).
     
  4. Choose “Get" or “Install.” You may be asked to confirm storage permissions (Android), Select "OK" and "Allow".
     
  5. You'll be presented with login options:
    In Advisor, select the "Institutional Users" icon.

    In Procedures, Institutional User Login is already set as the default.
     
  6. Select your login method:
    • If you have access to AHS Staff WiFi (not AHS public WiFi):
      Select "IP Authenticate" AND "Keep me logged in" (Advisor), "Remember Me"(Procedures)
       
    • If you do not have access to AHS Staff WiFi, you'll need to create a Lippincott account outside of the app:

      Open a web browser, and visit the Lippincott Advisor or Procedures website (NOT within the app). You may be prompted to login using your AHS credentials first.

      Once you have Lippincott Advisor/Procedures open, select Login and Self-Enroll.


      Note: Login information can be used on both Advisor and Procedures apps, and you do not have to create two accounts.

      Enter the required information and select "Save" (ID Field - Please enter your last name). 

      Use the account information that you've created to login on your device. Select "Keep me logged in" (Advisor), "Remember Me"(Procedure) so you don't have to login each time.


  7. When prompted to download content, click the download button.
     
  8. App will open to the landing page. The app can be used offline, without a wireless signal if you've selected the "Keep me logged in" or "Remember Me" options.
