APQC stands for American Productivity & Quality Center.  AHS’ current membership provides access to both the Knowledge Management and Human Capital Management sections, and is managed by the Knowledge Resource Service.

APQC is a member-based nonprofit organization, with 500+ partners, specializing in benchmarking, best practices, process and performance improvement, and knowledge management.

Explore best-practice content including studies, reports, webinars, slide decks, accessing a comprehensive Knowledge Base.
 

Measure your performance using the Benchmarking Portal and Mosaiq, a cloud based tool to measure and manage business processes.

Network and collaborate with your peers at other leading organizations, by connecting with fellow APQC members  in the Peer to Peer database, registering for webinars and training events.
