Here are some steps you can take to help resolve the issue:
- Clear your temporary internet files, cache and browser history.
- Restart your browser and login through the KRS website again.
- This problem mostly happens with Internet Explorer and Safari, so try downloading Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/) or Chrome (https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/).
