Here are some steps you can take to help resolve the issue:

  1. Clear your temporary internet files, cache and browser history.
  2. Restart your browser and login through the KRS website again.
  3. This problem mostly happens with Internet Explorer and Safari, so try downloading Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/new/) or Chrome (https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/browser/).
