Currently some of the resources at Centre 15 are bookable - this means that they those items can be reserved for specific dates. In order to book an item, either contact Centre 15 to book the item, or complete the booking process through the online NEOS catalogue. To contact Centre 15 in order to book, fill out the webform, email resource.centre@albertahealthservices or call the toll free line at 1-800-432-1845. Other KRS sites are not able to book items for clients as only Centre 15 through SIRSI as only Centre 15 has the booking module.
1. To book items online, search for the item. If it is listed as "bookable", you will find a tab "book item" to the left of the "logout" tab.
2. The bookings screen will display. Enter your barcode number and PIN. The system will check to ensure you are allowed to book items before proceeding. Click "Set Booking Date/Time"
3. The Set Booking Date/Time window will display. Enter the start/end times as appropriate. Then click Book Item. If successful, the completion window will display.
