Lexicomp will be releasing an update for mobile application subscribers on Monday, August 15. Ordinarily, mobile application subscribers do not need to take any special action when an update is released. However, for this update, users who access the Lexicomp mobile application via an iPhone®, iPad®, or iPod® Touch will be required to re-enter their login and password in order to access the application. Logging in should only take users a moment, and afterwards they will be able to use the application as usual.
Users who have not logged in to their subscriptions recently might benefit from these helpful tips:
- In most cases, the user name is the e-mail used to register the subscription (i.e. the user name should be the user’s AHS e-mail address)
- Users who cannot remember their password can quickly and easily reset their passwords online at http://webstore.lexi.com/Set-Password
