Our website and many of our resources have minimum web browser requirements to ensure that all the features and functionality of the resource work as intended. In most cases these resources are tested and perform at their best using the most recent and up to date version of any web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, ect). You may experience accessibility and usability issues if you are using an outdated/older version of a web browser (eg. Internet Explorer 8 and below).
To determine your web browser version, go to your browser’s Help menu and click on About. If you are having trouble accessing the KRS website or resources, we encourage you to contact your IT Service Desk to determine if a browser update or browser alternative (e.g. Firefox/Chrome) would be appropriate in your circumstance.
If you are using an up to date version of a browser and still experiencing issues, we recommend that you clear your web browser's cache. We often find that this simple step resolves many reported issues and can have you back on your way to using our website and resources. Please ask one of our staff members if you need assistance -- we are happy to help.
